Park City Packaging, Inc. currently operates four plants, two in
Connecticut, one in Greenville, South Carolina and one in Atlanta,
Georgia. In the Southeast we operate under the name The Pack Center.
Our two Connecticut plants are involved primarily in packaging aerospace
spare parts and manufacturing corrugated and wood packaging materials.
In South Carolina we operate high speed, continuous flow packaging
lines, annually processing millions of industrial machined durable
parts. In Georgia we run a full sheet plant, manufacturing corrugated
packaging materials.
We currently supply wood boxes and corrugated packaging materials
to many customers for both Military and Commercial requirements.
All containers are constructed to blueprint specifications. We own
and operate full service sheet plants in Connecticut and Georgia,
manufacturing a wide variety of corrugated cartons to both Commercial
and Military specifications. Our equipment runs everything from B
Flute Singlewall to AAA Flute Triple-wall and Weather Resistant Grades
including V13c and V11c Doublewall. We manufacture foam lined
Military Fast Packs.
Our experience includes everything from highly automated packaging
processes through the most complicated military packaging job. We
are experts at packaging to government standards and specifications.
Our Connecticut quality systems are registered to ISO 9001:2008 and we are approved by the Department of Defense for Alternate Release shipment of packaged spare parts.
We are specialists at packaging bearings and maintain a clean room
for packaging bearings to military specifications (MIL-DTL-197).
Our solvent cleaning and preservation services for spare parts requiring “hot
dip” preservation
under environmentally controlled conditions ensures your product
is protected for long term storage or world-wide transportation.
Our management team has many years experience in packaging and Logistics
Management, having worked with multi-billion dollar corporations
such as Chas. Pfizer, Bristol Myers-Squibb and Seagram. The classic
textbook “Logistical Management”, published by Professor
Donald Bowersox of Michigan State University lists our company chairman,
C. Richard Polzello, in the preface. Previously, he was a senior
Vice President with a multi-billion dollar corporation, responsible
for Administration and Logistics.
Park City Packaging maintains several Packaging Engineers on our
staff and offers CAD design to facilitate your packaging requirement.
